If you have an issue, management makes it right. Bought a bike for my son and it was not assembled properly by the contractor they use to assemble their merchandise. The crank came apart while he was riding and because he could have gotten hurt (luckily he didn't), the manager gave me a choice of an exact replacement or a more expensive bike at a 50% discount. Walked out very happy with a better bike and $80 refunded to me. Maybe it was just that manager but the customer service went way beyond what i would consider reasonable compensation.

they actually went in the back and found what i wanted. really nice workers here and the store is so clean and organized
It's a hit or miss especially now since they did away with the blue light specials and shop your way points. You may find a nice little item here & there at a good price but for the most part it's a no go
