They always greet Miss Lilly with a smile and enthusiasm. They know her personality and treat her like the bratty princesses she is!! She loves the grooming she gets with Miss Kori, except when its time to get her nails done (that's where the brat comes in) They never force themselves on Miss Lilly when she gives them a hard time with her nails. They wait for me and Daddy to pick her up, and we work together to get the deed done. That's personal service at it's best!
The staff was so friendly and kind and you could really see the love that they had for animals....
