I love this place. I find all these great offers online and call Betty. Betty is able to locate the offer and book, making all the travel arrangements for me for the same price; sometimes even at a better deal. There have also been times that I see an offer and ask her about it and she'll give an honest opinion about the vacation if she's heard bad things about it. I love the personal attention she gives.
