Anyone else hearing this noise starting around 4:30 AM?
Lot's of noise problems with this construction company. Last year I had the code enforcement there 3 times for starting at 6 instead of the 7 O'clock time.
Now they wake me at 4:30 with the start of the construction, probably because of the heat but not fair to other people that have to get up for work at 7.
