I came in to get plans reviewed for my basement at 10 am on the dot got a ticket at a machine without insurance of where I have to go since the ladies at counter 1 was insisting me to get a number to ask her how many numbers where ahead of me. It's 1:30pm and I'm still sitting in the waiting room waiting on a number people are being put in front of mine, called off work and being giving attitudes and being insulted by the old ladies in the front. WORST TOWN HALL EVER.

Rude and don't answer phones. When they do you get the let me transfer and then they hang up. Crookhaven at its finest!!!
